Department Overview
The Technology Solutions ("TS") Department is responsible for designing and delivering state of the art technology solutions that are designed to create efficiency, mitigate risk and grow revenue for the Firm.
Technology Solutions is also responsible for defining, managing and executing a robust Cyber Security program following the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
Technology Solutions focuses on technical excellence through innovative application designs, robust data integration and analytics, high availability infrastructure and gold level service for our key stakeholders with information security embedded throughout.
Critical functions within Technology Solutions include Project Management, Vendor Management, Business Analysis, Enterprise Data Governance and Stewardship, Application Development and 3rd Party Integration, Strategic and Secure Infrastructure and Operations.
The Technology Solutions Department collaborates closely with Firm leadership and business unit heads to develop plans in line with business objectives.
Position Responsibilities
The Technology Solutions Department is actively looking for a candidate deeply passionate about Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our Identity Governance and Administration (IG&A) Team.
This pivotal role involves maturing our IG&A services such as supporting existing and new integrations for access certification campaigns, access requests, and the Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycles within our SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) instance.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IAM and a deep understanding of SailPoint IDN.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Developing and implementing the organization's identity and access management strategy to ensure appropriate access controls, security policies and compliance
- Designing, developing, configuring and implementing IG&A services using SailPoint IDN
- Collaborating with multi-functional teams to ensure IG&A services meet business requirements
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SailPoint IDN implementations
- Developing documentation and delivering training to end-users on SailPoint IDN
- Ensuring security, integrity and efficiency are at the core of IAM practices
- Translating high-level requirements into detailed technical design, participating and leading design solutions and performing integration approach walkthroughs
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends within SailPoint IDN and the IAM industry
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or a related field is required
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Microsoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator Associate and / or SailPoint Certified : Identity Now Professional preferred
- 3-5 years of overall experience with at least 2 years in IAM and SailPoint IDN
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise with integrating SailPoint IDN with various enterprise applications (SaaS and non-SaaS) and systems using IDN connectors and APIs
- Experience with IAM capabilities like Joiner-Mover-Leaver, Access Profiles, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Provisioning and Access Reviews / Certifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of developing and configuring connectors within SailPoint IDN to integrate with various identity sources such as Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems (Workday), flat-file and databases
- Ability to handle the entire lifecycle of digital identities, including onboarding, offboarding and role changes
- Proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, drive implementations to completion, participate in diverse technical project teams and interface effectively with partners, stakeholders and peers
- Proficiency in programming / scripting languages such as PowerShell, Java, Beanshell and SQL for customizing and extending SailPoint IDN functionalities as per business requirements
- Experience in designing and configuring workflows within SailPoint IDN to automate identity-related processes like access request approvals and certification campaigns.
- Familiarity with identity standards and protocols such as SAML, OAuth and SCIM
- Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services sector (e.g., SOX)
- Experience with following good service delivery and support practices such as SDLC, Change Management, Problem Management and Incident Management
- Strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Demonstrable experience ensuring IAM systems align with and adhere to industry regulations
