The Rehab in Motion Program is committed to the mission of elevating the physical and emotional wellbeing of seniors through physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Our partnerships with independent and assisted living communities introduce tailored therapies and exercise programs that inspire positive, lasting differences in seniors.

In the Rehab in Motion Program, Rehab Without Walls takes a holistic approach to therapy and integrates physical and mindfulness-based interventions to address trauma, foster increased independence, strength, and fall prevention in seniors. We offer flexible options for care in both outpatient communities and in the comfort of clients’ homes for greater convenience and comfortability. For our patients receiving services at home, we conduct home evaluations to help identify and address safety concerns and create spaces that facilitate optimal mobility.

Our fall prevention programs provide great outcomes for resident retention, decreased falls and hospital admissions, and provides overall functional independence in the community. For patients with dementia, our cognitive rehab program may be a great fit as many of our clients have experienced increased functional engagement.
