Job Summary
As the Marketing Manager, you will impact the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans supporting various segments serviced by NAPA.
This is a collaborative role that requires working effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and industry partners.
The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of marketing programs.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively within the marketing team to contribute to assigned marketing strategies.
Implement comprehensive marketing plans for various programs aligned with business goals and objectives.
Manage, develop and implement sales enablement tools and processes as assigned.
Develop and oversee customer facing tools and programs.
Utilize customer and industry research to help inform decision making, and drive improvement for programs.
Cultivate relationships and work with internal and external cross-functional partners.
Partner with creative teams and agencies to create compelling marketing content, including collateral and complimentary campaign materials.
Supports tradeshow management including partnership with exhibit agencies.
Qualifications
5 years related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications / PR or related field.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively to provide solutions to complex business challenges.
Team player with the ability to build positive and productive working relationships with internal teams, external agencies and industry partners.
Makes balanced decisions and thinks strategically by being a forward thinker
