Previous experience in NYC casual / fine restaurants is required.
You should bring to the table :
- A minimum of 2 year's experience Running / Bussing in a high volume NYC restaurant or bar with wine service
- Positive, team forward attitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- Previous Chinese Food knowledge a bonus
