Having successfully launched our beta version to our initial customer base, we're now in the process of expanding our product to meet the needs of our growing customer list.

The Opportunity

As the full-stack engineer, you'll play a key role in developing Upsolve AI's platform. You'll gain hands-on experience building our early product.

Our customer-obsessed culture means you'll interact directly with our customers and users. It's essential that you can develop a 0-1 product features with exceptional UI / UX.

As we grow, you will direct more product roadmap that springboard the growth of Upsolve AI platform.

You will work on core features for our data platform including connectors, chart and dashboard builders, and visualization embedding technologies.

You will also work on AI features, allowing users to navigate these interfaces with ease.

Your first 12 months at Upsolve AI will involve...

• Work directly with the founders to translate product vision into impact as fast as possible
• Build features from start to finish : plan, build, test, deploy, iterate.
• Iterate directly with users on features and continuously improve them based on feedback gathered and synthesized
• Own code across our stack, from backend services to our front-end applications.

What you bring to Upsolve AI :

• 1+ years of experience across front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in end-to-end TypeScript (TypeORM, React, Express).
• A design sensibility with a leaning towards front-end development.
• Comfortability in building a product feature from scratch and navigating the ambiguity in between.
• Strong communicator capable of justifying decisions, proposing new ideas and challenging the status quo
• Capability to learn new skills and gain familiarity with modern open-source data integration tools (Supabase, Airbyte, Spark).
• Comfortability to work with non-technical stakeholders and users.

Additional :

• Salary range of £60k-80k / 0.15-0.3% equity (depending on experience and salary / equity package).

• Take-what-you-need holiday policy. We know building a startup is hard work and can be intense. We want you to have the full agency to take breaks and rest when you need to, and to maintain a work-life balance.

Location : Our office is in central London. We prefer to all work together face to face when possible because we believe that’s how magic happens.

We do highly value flexibility and understand there are times in which working from home is preferred. With that said, we don’t mind if you work from home one or two days a week.

Note : We are currently only looking for candidates who are based in London and we are not able to sponsor UK work visa at the moment.
