ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the insurance industry
  • Put on your detective hat to understand clients' unique insurance needs and craft tailored solutions
  • Channel your inner storyteller to present and explain insurance policies
  • Prepare insurance quotes for multiple lines of business : including property, casualty, life, and commercial lines, to name a few
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Provide exceptional customer service that not only meets but exceeds our customers expectations. You'll be their go-to person for all their insurance needs.
  • Valid Property, Casualty & Life and Health insurance producer licenses (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Use your sales superpowers to meet and exceed monthly targets and show the world what you're made of

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Requirements :

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, health, and commercial lines
  • Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other technology such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Supremely high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Valid insurance producer license (or willingness to obtain one)
