Intensive Onboarding and Training :
Our onboarding and training are unmatched. In your first 5 days, you’ll go through an intensive onboarding process where you’ll learn crucial skills, from converting leads to conducting exceptional buyer / seller consultations and becoming confident with contracts.
Our goal is to get you showing properties ASAP.
Your Role :
- Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
- Draft residential purchase and listing agreements.
- Conduct property evaluations to determine market value.
- Be readily available for your clients when they need you.
- Keep all systems and CRM tools updated with client information.
