Data Scientist, Full Stack Data Engineer, Data Analyst

Shenandoah, TX 77380 (100% onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled and business-minded Data Scientist, Full Stack Data Engineer, Data Analyst to join a dynamic and innovative insurance brokerage firm specializing in field marketing for Medicare and life insurance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background with extensive experience in data management, processing, visualization, and reporting, combined with acute business acumen for navigating and defining impactful reports.

You will work across the entire data stack to create scalable and efficient data solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. (Education may be substituted with relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in View, Node, and Python, including libraries such as Pandas
  • Advanced SQL skills for querying and database management
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
  • Demonstrable experience in full stack development, including both backend and frontend technologies
  • Experience in writing and presenting data reports
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
