RN Salary : starts at $85K / year + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Service Area : Northeast metro (coverage area : Roseville, Arden Hills, New Brighton, Shoreview, Mounds View, Circle Pines, Lino Lakes, Forest Lakes, Wyoming, Scandia, Hugo, White Bear Lake, Mahtomedi, Stillwater, Lake Elmo, Woodbury, Oakdale, North St.

Paul and Surrounding). Plus mileage reimbursement of .67 cents per mile.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (with rotation every 6th weekend)

The Hospice RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education / experience.

The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Qualifications :

• One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. One year of home health care experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service / direct member contact field preferred
• Experience supervising caregivers
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Minnesota Nursing License
• Must pass a MVR check based on Lifespark company policy
