The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining cleanliness in our restaurant.
Salary : $15.00 - $16.00 per HourJob opportunities as Customer Service / FOH Team Member are generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.
Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable : customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member, associate, or other part time restaurant job at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
Requirements / Responsibilities Responsibilities : * Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking their orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and health regulations.* Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including the dining area and kitchen.* Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of food and beverage items, including chopping ingredients, making sandwiches, and brewing coffee.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.* Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications : 1. Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.4. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
5. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.6. Strong team player with a positive attitude.7. Must be able to pass Federal Background8.
