IT Operations Associate

A company is looking for an IT Operations Associate to assist in day-to-day technology operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Support and implement onboarding, offboarding, and tech procurement processes for multiple clients

Maintain documentation for IT operations procedures and policies, including client-specific playbooks

Respond to IT operations support requests and document client interactions to ensure high customer service levels

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to interact comfortably with clients via email, Slack, and virtual meetings

Experience in political or nonprofit IT or operations preferred, but not required

Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new systems and suggest improvements
