General Manager Position - Casual Dining Restaurant
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our team at a high-volume casual dining restaurant located in Atlanta, GA.

This position, based in Atlanta, GA, offers a competitive salary range of $60-70k, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent.
Responsibilities include :
- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and dining experience.
- Leading and developing a diverse team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility, to meet and exceed targets.
- Implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and community engagement in Atlanta, GA.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the casual dining sector, preferably in Atlanta, GA.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.

- Knowledge of local market trends and regulations in the Atlanta, GA area.
