Position Summary :
The Finance Manager will be one of the main faces of Premiere to our network of lenders and financial institutions. He or she will oversee all debt agreements and required compliance of the Family Office.
This position will also be the main point of contact for our finance company, ensuring that they have all the pertinent information necessary to provide favorable financing terms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Family Office's debt strategy.
- Manage all aspects of the debt portfolio, including pre-close negotiations, loan servicing and post-close compliance
- Track all asset additions and disposals, reconciling with lenders during the paydown process.
- Monitor lines of credit with various manufacturers and lenders, ensuring that our sold assets and floor plans are accounted for.
- Liaise with lenders, financial institutions, and investment partners.
- Assist in financial analysis to guide debt strategy development.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of debt agreements, equity positions, and financial obligations, presenting to senior management as necessary.
- Stay current on financial regulations, market trends, and economic conditions that may impact the debt strategy.
- Project manage the quarter-end reporting process, making sure that our financing partners have timely financial statements and supplemental information.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to debt management.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 5+ years' experience in a finance role with significant exposure to debt management, treasury functions, or related areas.
- Experience as a credit analyst or commercial lender is a plus.
- 1-3 years in a management position preferred
- Deep understanding of debt financing, financial markets, and economic trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with finance-related software and databases.
- Discretion and confidentiality given the sensitive nature of the role.
