Overview :
- Work closely with the Front of House Director to oversee guest service operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of enthusiastic front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage dining area, including cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in training and development of team members in customer service and Chick-fil-A standards.
- Collaborate with back-of-house and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and top-notch service.
- Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and care.
