  • Innovate and enhance account and project execution, leading efforts toward efficiency, growth, and excellence.
  • Coach and mentor teams proactively and reactively, identifying training opportunities, resolving issues and driving individual and team development and success.
  • Share critical communications and perspectives essential for stakeholder engagement and account success.
  • Lead, inspire, and delegate within your team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 10 years in account management within a marketing or advertising agency setting, with proven experience in leading major client accounts and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding teams and client accounts to achieve remarkable success.
  • A track record of mentoring and developing talent.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that align with client and agency goals
  • Deep understanding of account operations, project management principles, and efficiency strategies.
