W : 1 : 00pm-6 : 00pm

Pay : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as School Program Staff. As a School Program Staff member, you will have the opportunity to work with students in various capacities, providing support and guidance in their educational and personal development. If you have a passion for working with children and are committed to making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with their academic work, providing guidance and support as needed
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive and safe learning environment
• Plan and facilitate engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the success of the program
• Provide Christian guidance and support to students, fostering their spiritual growth
• Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other designated periods
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
