S.Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Test Coordinator / Business Analyst 2 (AFTD) for the RTES (Redstone Test and Engineering Services), supporting the Army Division.

Test Coordinator / Business Analyst 2 are critical members of the test management team who assist the Government Account Manager manage the cost, schedule, and budget of test programs thereby enabling the engineers to focus on their respective specialties.

JOB DETAILSLOCATION : Redstone Test Center in the U.S. Army Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, ALJOB STATUS : Full TimeTRAVEL : Potential 5% or lessREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited* college / university and 3 years of experience in one of the following areas, as related to the respective job required : Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel / Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties;

or one of the following : Associate's Degree and 5 years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area 7 years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area 7 years of military training in the assigned specialty area, or a combination thereof.

Degree dependent, please see education requirements above. Additional specialization requirements : Program Analyst 2 years of the required experience must include experience coordinating projects;

collecting data, reviewing technical documents compiling statistics and data for projects; writing narratives, managing the execution of inspection programs, creating, monitoring, and maintaining audit files for program compliance.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants) Proficient user of MS Office (i.

• e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint), and SharePoint. Will be involved in developing plans, budgets and schedules to meet project requirements;
• providing project status with regard to funding, schedule, and milestones; providing comparative analysis for budget and actual costs;

validating costs; comparing performance against plans; and reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial data from multiple sources.

• Professional organizational and communications skills. Entrepreneurial self-starter. A professional user of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint;
• Coordinating & tracking project : scheduling, workflow and performance workflow; reviewing technical documents; compiling statistics and data for projects;

developing integrated schedules; writing narratives, Good communicator, both orally and verbally. Knowledge of government funding and / or Army missles and sensors a plus.

Professional organizational and communications skills. Self-starter.RESPONSIBILITIES Provides program management support utilizing ATEC and RTC Test Management tools including ADSS-PMM, CET, VDLS, SharePoint, PRO3, and the Project Management Dashboard.

Tracks and coordinates test project documentation (proposals, test plans, reports, etc.), financial status, and schedules ensuring all customers, Acct.
