Nexus-Mille Lacs Family Healing is excited to be adding an Overnight Supervisor to our residential team!

Nexus-Mille Lacs offers trauma-informed, family-centered, nationally recognized treatment for boys, ages 10-19, with significant mental health issues and harmful sexual behaviors. Position Summary : Provide leadership to direct care night staff and ensure the safety of residents and staff during the night shift.

Schedule and Pay :

Sunday-Wednesday

Primary responsibilities :

Supervise the nightly operations of the programs and ensure the safety of residents and staff while securing the facility and grounds during the night shift

Monitor the program milieu and ensure an emotionally and physically safe environment that is positive, respectful, clean, and therapeutic

Assist in the selection, training, on-going professional development, and performance evaluation of staff

Provide resident transportation as needed

Ensure confidentiality regarding resident issues, background, and treatment
