Market Intelligence Researcher

You will focus on gathering, analyzing, and summarizing member business and market intelligence to support decision-making and strategic programs across all the Association's propositions and audiences. The Market Intelligence Researcher will provide the insight behind the numbers to promote data-driven decision-making and planning by partners, and improve customer and outcomes. You will report to The Senior Manager - Market Intelligence & Insights.

This role is intended to be a hybrid position, working from our Durham, NC office, but we are also open hiring remotely.

You Will :

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research. Summarize research findings into relevant insights to empower partners in their development of product, marketing and business strategies.
• Establish best practice across the Association and develop new strategies to increase response rates for important research surveys.
• Consolidate information from multiple sources, using technology to establish clear trends and weighting to be applied to support prioritization.
• Collect data from diverse sources. Define total addressable market for each Proposition and Program area and use analysis to provide strategy recommendations.
• Analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, correlations, and meaningful insights.
• Support the Experience teams in developing campaigns to support better audience engagement and return on investment.
• Work with the Strategy team on sensing future trends and opportunities for the Association. Establish a network of organizations driving the important technological changes, advising on associated changes from Gen Z and a changing working environment to improve on job roles, capabilities and business models.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize research findings in a clear and applicable format.

The Annual Salary Range for this role is : $71,000-$95,000
