Job Location : Las Vegas, NV
Job Description :
We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking Client Service Representative for our Vegas office. This role will assist with all manners of client support, including opening and maintaining accounts with Schwab and Interactive Brokers, identifying client needs and enhancing existing relationships with both clients and custodians.
Responsibilities :
- Answering office calls
- Open new client accounts with Schwab
- Generate Investment Management contracts for clients
- Assist with client financial requests, as needed.
- Contact between clients and their accountants / attorneys, as needed
- Assistant to Senior Management
- Las Vegas office Manager
- Periodic travel between offices in CA and UT
- Must reside in Las Vegas area or willing to relocate within 90 days
Skills / Requirements :
- Excellent organizational skills and can work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office)
- Familiar with Salesforce, Custodian websites
- AA degree and above (preferred)
- Series 65 or Series 66 license required OR obtained within 120 days of hire
- Familiarity with Financial services (wealth management, investment management, financial planning)
