About The Position
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Troy, PA for a 13-week contract with the possibility to extend.

- his can be a travel or a local assignment.? Responsibilities of a SNF Occupational Therapist :
- Provides inpatient care to patients who are undergoing rehabilitation or recovering from an illness, injury, or disability
- Provides rehab services to residents
- Completing an assessment of each patient's needs
- Work with other staff members to come up with treat plans
- Focus on helping patients gain strength and skills to perform daily activities and tasks
- Help patients learn to perform tasks using new equipment such as a cane or wheelchair
