The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with senior management and will gain keen insight into what it takes to be a successful commercial real estate professional.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for various administrative duties including but not limited to the following :
- Provide direct support to Executive Leadership and Office Staff
- Prepare, edit and distribute written communication to investors and staff
- Direct incoming calls and emails to necessary staff based on level of importance
- Personable and energetic, with a great phone presence
- Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements and appointments for Executive staff
- Oversee and participate in any office related projects directed by Executive Leadership
- Maintain office supply / stock levels for running daily office operations
- Utilize MS Office suite and the Internet to perform daily office tasks
- Possess working knowledge of principles and practices of office management
- Follow procedures and written and oral directives effectively
- Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication
- Multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
