• Schedule : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM, 4 shifts / month
• Setting : Hospital-based anesthesia
• Type of Cases : 5–7 surgical cases / day, including intubation, spinal, Bier block
• Credentialing : 90 days, temp privileges available
