Documentation and Reporting : Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for strategic initiatives, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
Ensure transparency and accountability by providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic planning efforts.
Gather and analyze data on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Budget Management : Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and constraints. Monitor expenditures, track financial performance, and report on budget variances to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or a related role.Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing strategic initiatives and projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in project management software (e.
