We are hiring an HVAC Technician to support our growing retirement community and offering a $5,000 Sign On Bonus!The HVAC Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the heating and cooling systems of the community.
This position may require State licensing / certification.How you will make an impact : Performing light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Responding to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.Inspecting, monitoring, and evaluating efficiency and safety of systems to ensure trouble-free operation.

What you will need : EPA Certification to handle refrigerants.One to three years experience in HVAC maintenance or completion of Trade School.
