What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to create partnerships with MGAs, carriers, and large insurance networks to achieve sales targets
- Become an expert on the employer's platform and communicate its value proposition effectively
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to provide insights to management
- Travel to conferences and client sites to build relationships and promote the platform's capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to drive business growth
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- 7-10 years of related experience, preferably in the insurtech sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong networking skills with an existing network of agents and MGAs / wholesalers
- Proven ability to work remotely and collaborate with multiple internal teams
- Clear examples of successfully closing six-figure deals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Experience in growing client bases within the insurance industry
- Established relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance sector
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their application in the insurance market
