Creative Role : Full-time Creative Design Assistant (Events)
Reports To the Creative Director

Job Description
The Creative Design Assistant will support the Design Team during the pre-production and onsite execution of our high-touch design events.
They will work alongside the Creative Director and event Designers to facilitate the seamless execution of all design elements, including station decor, scenic, menu creativity, operations, sourcing, graphics, and budget.
A creative eye for detail is critical, as this role will also involve assisting the Creative Director in proposal design and sourcing.
They will be able to learn our overall design process from conception through execution and work closely to help oversee communication between the Event Producers, Account Managers, Culinary, Operations, Staffing, and onsite teams.
This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in various areas within the event production industry.
Requirements
- Full-time schedule Monday to Friday at our SF office, with evening and weekend availability during events
- Strong knowledge of the creative process, eye for detail, and trend
- setting products related to our industry and market
- A background in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Design capabilities are a plus
- Ability to travel within the Bay Area as needed for events
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and schedule work in a deadline-driven environment - Strong communication skills
Experience :
- Works well in a highly fast-paced event production environment
- Experience in events, creative, or similar industries is preferred
- Can manage an onsite team of 4+, as well as third-party vendors Benefits :
