Soliant is looking for a Pharmacist with in Phoenix, AZ, you will play a crucial role in patient care by providing inpatient staffing duties.
Your responsibilities will include accurately dispensing medications, conducting patient consultations, and collaborating closely with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication therapy management.
You will also uphold high standards of compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall quality of patient care and safety.

Requirements
- Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
- Local candidates strongly preferred.
- Must have knowledge of computer software
- Medication management information system software
- Microsoft applications and Automated dispensing systems.
