The ideal candidate should have
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Server at a fine dining restaurant
- Knowledge of Wine & Sake service
- Attention to detail, team-work driven and great personality
- the interest to learn and develop themselves in the hospitality industry
You must possess a positive and teamwork oriented attitude.
If you do not have deep knowledge of Japanese cuisine, must be open to learning.
