Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, you are expected to be hands on with 70% front end development and 30% backend development, contribute towards good software design and test developed software.

You will also be engaged in peer code reviews, document design decisions, and components in User Interface (UI) and integrating with application programming interface (APIs).

You will be participating in daily stand-up meetings, analyzing software defects, and fixing them in a timely manner, and working closely with the Functional Analysis and Quality Assurance teams.

As / when required to, you are also expected to train other team members to bring them up to speed.

What You'll Do

• End to end software development involving React, Nodejs, and core Java, restful services and Spring Framework as a middle ware, Oracle Structured Query Language (SQL) / SQL Server as back-end
• Serve as an additional expert in JavaScript with basic React / JavaScript development skills
• Hands on contribution to Front End Engineering and other User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) community
• Bring in positive culture to the team's journey and corporate wide community engagement
• Loves building and pushing production features
• Ensuring that the team is working effectively and efficiently to meet the project's goals and deadlines, as well as adhering to industry best practices and standards

Skills You'll Need

• Highly skilled and experienced Front-End Developer for utilizing existing / UI frameworks with solid experience in React, JavaScript, CSS, Html and Nodejs will be a huge plus and hands on experience in writing UI components in React with Test Driven Development or design (TDD) experience
• Good hands-on experience writing UI components with React framework and JavaScript / Typescript, as well as experience with Agile methodologies and full life cycle software development
• Deep experience in integrating with different API's, microservices and experience working in deploying to any cloud technologies AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure
• High level of understand of UX / UI Design pattern, solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms with robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge and minimal development experience of core Java development and Spring Framework, Databases (Oracle, Postgres, others)

• Excellent communications skills
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, VueJs, SolidJS, Java, Spring Framework, Nodejs and other backend technologies
• UX / UI Design Pattern and familiarities
• Self-starter and resourceful problem solver

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $85,000 to $140,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.

Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
