Communicate updates clearly and promptly to clients. Manage live calls, emails, and team chats while maintaining Salesforce records. Provide personalized support to ensure clients understand every step of the process. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills. A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
