IT System Administrator Lead
We are currently accepting resumes for a IT System Administrator Lead position in Columbus, OH.

The selected candidate will perform the following duties :
Perform the planning, evaluation, analysis, and recommendation of technical computing products on large, complex projects - recognized as an expert throughout the company.
Provide the highest level technical product support including response to user questions, installation, system monitoring, testing, problem diagnosis, tracking, resolution, and routine maintenance.
Facilitate and perform the delivery of technical services including the preparation of alternative solutions and technical recommendations.
Formulate and direct the preparation of technical procedures, documentation, manuals, and reports. Maintain broad technical industry knowledge and broad understanding of client infrastructure.
Mentor and provide functional / technical leadership and work direction to staff.
Essential Job Functions & Tasks :
1. Exhibits master level proficiency in system administration and automation; exhibits expert level knowledge of one or more specific technical area that enables the administrator to serve as the highest level resource in that area throughout the company.
Must have experience with python, SQL, and UiPath (or similar automation technology)
2. Provides input into related technology strategy to management.
3. Provides expert insight into problem resolution calls working closely with software and hardware vendors.
4. Helps team to access proactively key measurement data and suggests ways to utilize information for enhanced performance.
5. Reviews procedures and documentation to ensure technology remains current
Minimum Requirements :
Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering related field Or Associate's degree with 2 years' system administration related experience Or High School Diploma / GED with 4 years' system administration related experience.
Work Experience : Minimum of 10 years System Administration related experience (in addition to any experience identified in the education requirements above).
Additional Requirements
1. MUST HAVE extensive experience with python, SQL, and UiPath (or similar automation technology)
2. Technical certification in administration technology field preferred, but not mandatory.
