We are seeking an energetic and ambitious sales associate to grow our membership base. Sales Associates are provided training and growth opportunities.

Driven provides all Sales Associates (full and part-time) with a competitive compensation plan Starting base pay of $16+ per hour, commissions on individual sales as well as monthly incentive pay resulting in attractive all-in compensation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Greet and assist customers through the car wash process with a smile and focused attention;
• Inform customers about promotions, sales, and memberships according to training standards;
• Promote a safety conscious culture and safe working environment;
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Participate in facility, equipment, and property maintenance;
• Go above and beyond to help customers & colleagues;
• Weekends and Schedule Flexibility is expected.

Requirements :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• A high level of initiative, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done;
• Customer service experience preferred;
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; use of hands;

reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel. The employee may have to lift and / or move objects up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT :

The candidate must perform this job safely by standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. This person must adhere to company safety guidelines and protocols.
