Join us in supporting our outpatient and school-based programs in the Portland Metro and surrounding areas.

  • Hiring bonus up to $2000 (terms & limitations apply)
  • Unlicensed, no experience required starting at $58,000 (Depending on Experience) + 5% bilingual differential.
  • Licensed, in State of Oregon starting at $62,640 (Depending on experience) + 5% bilingual differential.
  • Additional Productivity bonus program available to qualifying positions with ability to earn up to $16,200 / year in addition to regular salary.

About You :

  • Master's degree in social science field with eligibility for professional licensure in the state of Oregon
  • Ability to pass a bilingual proficiency test.
  • Previous work experience with children and / or adolescents
  • Experienced at the QMHA or QMHP level (including internship and practicum experience) in an outpatient mental health treatment facility, hospital, residential or day treatment setting providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
  • You are mission sensed, seeking meaningful work and career growth.

Preferred

  • Psychiatric Care Experience
  • Differential Diagnostic Skills
