Teller Responsibilities
Process customer transactions
Provide account services to customers including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, selling cashiers checks, etc.
Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions
Balance cash drawer and ATM
The Teller should have :
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
Attention to detail
