Job Title : Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk

Job Description : As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within our systems.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
Prior coursework in accounting will be highly valued, as it will help you understand and manage financial data with greater accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Input and update data into our database systems with precision.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with data extraction and reporting as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to support various data-related tasks and projects.
- Perform routine data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in accounting preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and terminology is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems.
- Previous experience or internships in a data entry or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting software.
