To join this team please have the following requirements :

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in Massachusetts
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience, and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor / unit manager in a nursing care center, hospital, or other related healthcare center strongly preferred
• Provide oversight and direction to clinical team of assigned unit
• Make rounds with physicians, as necessary
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical team
• Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being provided
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the general public
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel
• Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent vaccine or medical exemption)
