Responsibilities :
Business Strategy &Communication
Leadsprojects or initiatives focused on development of solutions byworking with our Catalog Data Engineering teams and collaboratingcrossfunctionally with partner Catalog teams.
Working with partnersto understand functional objectives and current work flows todocument and highlight areas for improvement.
Define research objectives & tactical research plans.Perform analytics to address business problems. Provide guidance tocrossfunctional partners or leadership and advise on next stepsbased on insights objectives and research.
Presenting actionablerecommendations to inform strategic and tactical functionalinitiatives.
Prepare documentation (e.g.PowerPoint Word) to communicate strategic recommendations based onresearch and data analysis.
Supporting the implementation ofprocesses systems and tooled solutions by building relationships& partnerships with key business stakeholders.
Collaborating with other teams (e.g. engineering productoperations) to develop consultative solutions as needed forindividual workstreams or projects for our businessarea.
Modeling &Analytics
- Influencingcrossfunctional partners to develop and improve our work flowsmethodology modeling solution ideas to demonstrate thepotential.
- Works with crossfunctional teamsincluding engineering and data analyst partners to build scalabledata pipelines & data structure to efficiently maintainrelevant multiyear historical data and allow analysts to easilyaccess the data for future analysis and modeling.
- Develop data visualization using Flow charting softwareand develop reporting solutions such as Air Table Power BI orTableau to report and track business performance and drive processimprovement initiatives.
Project Management
- Owns documentation of workflows endtoend. Identifies riskassociated with implementation and facilitates continuousimprovement cycle to deliver expected outcomes.
- Influences project roadmaps and leads thinking on changeimprovements to existing flows. Serves as an internal and externalchange evangelist for the team.
- Ownsdocumentation of requirements leading to implementation of businesssolutions by building relationships and partnerships with keystakeholders.
