Finance Director - Healthcare Sector
We are seeking a Finance Director to join our client's leadership team in the healthcare sector. This role offers the opportunity to oversee financial operations and provide strategic guidance to ensure the financial health of the organization.
The Finance Director will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company's financial strategy.
Compensation : $140,000-$160,000 / year with performance bonuses.
Location : Hartford, CT (Hybrid - 3-4 days in office).

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Director :
- The Finance Director will oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities.
- Manage cash flow, financial forecasting, and risk analysis.
- Develop long-term financial strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance.
- Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and professional development.
Qualifications of the Finance Director :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in healthcare.
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance, regulations, and reporting.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
