EHS Manager
We are looking for an EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health, and safety initiatives in our production processes. You will ensure safety on the floor, manage teams, and meet EHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while collaborating with production and safety teams to maintain compliance and reduce risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Coach teams in safe practices and assess production activities.
- Identify and mitigate safety risks.
- Serve as a technical expert for EHS programs.
- Lead investigations and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and suggest safety improvements.
- Prepare timely reports and support emergency response efforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Engineering, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years in a senior EHS role within manufacturing.
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ISO 45001.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to respond to emergencies as needed.
Preferred Certifications :
- ASP, CSP, or CIH.
