You'll join our marketing team reporting to our Senior Director of Brand Marketing and Public Relations to play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget across our marketing department.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Marketing and Executive Project Manager, you will be an individual contributor with visibility into both key marketing and executive strategy.

In addition to reporting to our Senior Director of Brand, you will also work closely with our Chief Business Officer in helping prepare high visibility presentations for company-wide events, board meetings, and other key moments.

This role is open in San Francisco, New York City, or Remote locations.

The impact you'll make :

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables of high impact projects and integrated campaigns.
  • Build and maintain marketing team-wide organizational systems to track daily project statuses, weekly team updates and quarterly organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members and non-Marketing stakeholders.
  • Assist in crafting the narrative of company-wide priorities and successes to be shared at All Hands meetings and with NextRoll's Board of Directors.

Skills you'll bring :

  • 4+ years of project management or business management experience. Experience in Tech and / or Marketing is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (Asana, Trello).

Additional Information :

Minimum salary of $81,892 to maximum salary of $125,941 + equity + benefits.

The range provided is NextRoll's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
