Job Summary

As a member of the Polsky Center’s Marketing and Communications team, the Associate Director, Digital Marketing and Communications is responsible for driving digital strategy and bringing external awareness to the Polsky Center’s programs, startups, and mission.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and deploys Polsky Center email marketing campaigns and audience-based newsletters related to specific programs, events, and other offerings (MailChimp and internal listservs).
  • Monitors performance and key metrics to continuously improve messaging, engagement, and targeting to improve outcomes, such as open rates, click through rates, etc.
  • Maintains the Polsky Center’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
  • Recommends, designs, and executes various social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to support event registrations, audience development, awareness and engagement.
  • Works with program managers to ensure timely updates to program pages, event calendars, and registration pages.
  • Maintains brand consistency, including visual identity and voice, across all communications.
  • Performs other related work as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education : Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.

Work Experience : Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor's degree.

Experience :

A minimum three years of public relations, marketing, sales, journalism, digital storytelling, website management, or social media experience.
