Description
Inside Channel Account Manager, NSP The Inside Channel Account Manager ( iCAM’) wins, maintains and expands relationships with assigned channel NSPs Insight, SHI, Connection and Zones .
The iCAM is responsible for achieving channel objectives, achieving NSP sales growth initiatives, and supporting Channel Development Manager’s overall channel efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Build strong NSP relationships that allow for a regular cadence of communication that drives opportunities to Absolute
- Identify and create opportunities that lead to direct sales generation from NSP partners
- Establish professional relationships with key NSP, distribution, and OEM contacts
- Maintain knowledge of NSP opportunities and their close dates by utilizing best practices within Salesforce
- Maintain a collaborative and effective line of communication with Absolute Account Executives, OEM partner managers, and NSP partner reps, along with other relevant departments to grow and expand relationships
- Proactively lead a defined joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Utilize Absolute’s sales enablement tools and data to track and drive NSP partner sales performance
- Support NSP and OEM partner trainings and sales events, including travel to partner locations when needed
- Manage potential channel conflict with other partner channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
- Identify reasons for low sales / disengagement and collaborate with channel account managers to removes barriers to success
Experience Required :
- Bachelor's degree preferred (related working years of experience will also be considered)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business-to-business sales environment. Strong preference for experience in outbound sales activities
- Excellent communication skills
