Responsibilities :
- Function as a team or site leader providing direction to other technicians.
- Support networking products via smart hands.
- Manage smaller projects with project management responsibilities.
- Utilize high-skilled, specialized technical skills.
- Provide support for software and hardware for desktops, laptops, and servers (smart hands).
- Install and maintain PCs, associated software, and peripherals.
- Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
- Test and certify PCs and client-approved applications.
- Provide follow-up on problems or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
- Meet client-specific Service Level Agreements and update incident and request tickets accordingly within the ticketing system.
- Understand the scope of work for clients and perform only tasks that are within scope; escalate out-of-scope tasks to CDE, CSM, or SDC.
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
