Responsibilities
- With your excellent relationship-building talents , youll be educating & advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in following up with clients to ensure satisfaction .
- With your keen attention to detail , youll be updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
- Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be assisting with policy changes.
Requirements
- An Active NJ Property & Casualty License is not required. Licensing assistance is available.
- No experience is necessary. Must be willing to be coached and trained.
- Candidate must be available Tuesdays & Thursdays 8 : 30 am-5 : 30 pm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a positive attitude and professional phone and office etiquette .
- Organized with the ability to multitask.
- Tech-savvy with typing skills.
