Position Overview :
Redeemed Logistics is seeking dedicated CDLA Truck Driversfor specialized routes. This position requires a commitment toexceptional customer service patience and the skill to navigatechallenging backing situations.

Training & Orientation :
New hires participate in a comprehensive training program includinga 1week ridealong with a current driver at $150 per day tofamiliarize with our operations and customer serviceexpectations.
KeyResponsibilities :
Manual unloading of cargoat designated locations.
Maintain high levelsof patience and professionalism with customers.
Navigate challenging backing scenarios with precision andsafety.
Compensation &Incentives :
Competitive mileage pay withdrivers averaging 1500 miles and 3 loads weekly can expect to makean average of $1725.
Top 10% of drivers earningup to $2800 weekly.
Additional pay forunloading with $125 for each trailer and an extra $35 per set fordoubles.
Weekly $125 incentive for meetingunload requirements.
Progressive pay scalebased on experience starting at $0.60 / mile and increasing up to$0.73 / mile over time.
Comprehensive benefitspackage including vacation time that increases withtenure.
Home Time :
Consistent weekly home time for a 34hour reset ensuring a balancedworklife rhythm.

Qualifications :
Valid and current Class A CDL.
