11 / 18 start date only! Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required Accepts 1st time travelers Must have cardiovascular experience, and open heart and balloon pump experience! Unit Details : Avg Census : 24 Rooms / Beds 28 Ratios - 1 : 2 Every other weekend coverage required No Call requirement Self-scheduling Scrubs : Royal Blue Patient Population : Adults - Geriatrics Required Skills : Interpretation of dysrhythmias IV insulin protocols Arterial line management Blood Product Administration Central line care / management PICC line management Starting IVs Care of Ventilated Patient Interpretation of ABG's Suctioning Required Certifications : ACLS BLS NIH VIP, MAB, or CPI CERTS IN PERSON COURSES ONLY IS REQUIRED FOR POSITION No RTO the first two weeks of an assignment 1 Holiday RTO must only be submitted but it is not guaranteed to be approved Please Note : Once RTO is submitted, this cannot be changed unless it’s to cancel time requested - ensure that you have confirmed all dates needed off for the full 13 week contract NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS RTO MAX
