Are you highly energetic and love to meet with new clients? You would be the perfect fit for our brand new Phoenix, AZ office.

Then you would be the perfect Business Development Representative to join our team! This Part-Time position requires travelling within the Maricopa County market 75% of the time, with 25% of the time working from home.

The Business Development Representative is responsible to perform professional outreach, marketing / sales activities in collaboration with the franchise team, focusing on business strategies and programs that develop new prospects in to successful and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative :

  • Conducting direct sales, cold calling, networking through professional and social platforms.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales activities.
  • Meeting KPIs and working with Sales team to identify and target leads.
  • Supporting needs of the team

What are we looking for?

  • Outgoing, engaging personality with exceptional selling skills
  • Must have previous healthcare sales experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, and superior listening skills required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred
  • Highly organized, professional & self-motivated
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development role. Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Strong computer skills Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel strongly preferred
