Overview :
The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates with branch managers and other department managers to fill open positions with qualified talent whether internal or external.
The focus is on a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining our processes and systems.
Responsibilities :
- Executes recruitment strategies for multiple openings, from the initial research and planning phase to sourcing and candidate identification, assessment, offer, close and pre-boarding.
- Collaborates with hiring manager and others within the organization to manage the recruiting process including creating interview guides, identifying process improvements, and other tools.
- Conducts first round screening interviews, in-person or phone screens, for professional level job searches and makes recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensures compliance with OFCCP guidelines and internal processes.
- Inspires positive experience for everyone; always looking at how to improve the candidate experience and influence the business in the importance of the candidate experience.
- Maintains knowledge of recruiting databases such as ADP, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Circa.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least four (4) years of recruiting experience.
Other Skills and Abilities :
- Availability to travel 25% of time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Maintain valid and current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage for travel requirement.
