Our client is seeking a seasoned Lead Sr. Project Manager to join their dynamic team, with a focus on construction and data center projects.
This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences and leading projects from conception to successful completion.

Focus :
Collaborate with project directors to develop proposals, including conceptual estimates and schedules. Engage in client presentations to demonstrate expertise and foster relationships.
Offer constructability reviews during design phases to mitigate risks and confirm project viability.
Manage design document progression, proactively identifying scope or cost adjustments. Create detailed estimates and cost control systems, and oversee subcontractor bid evaluation and contract awards.
Coordinate with leadership for project staffing and organization, and plan project phases with superintendents and subcontractors.
Handle project cost management, permit acquisition, inspections, and ensure compliance with schedules. Lead client communications, manage change orders, optimize cash flow, and ensure project quality, safety, and successful close-out.
Skill Set :
Bachelor’s in engineering / construction management or related with 10+ years in construction / design / project management.
Expertise in overseeing complex capital projects end-to-end. In-depth knowledge of estimating, construction methods, engineering, equipment, and technologies.
Committed to workplace safety and familiar with safety protocols. Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Proven leadership in guiding diverse teams. Adaptability to fast-paced, deadline-oriented work. Willingness to travel for project demands.
